Elite Cycling have today announced that they will be supplying their first eRacing team, the dPAC-ELITE Esports Team.

The team is an elite level Esports cycling squad, created with the goal of gathering cyclists from all parts of the world to race together in some of the most important cycling Esports competitions.

“We also help develop young talents that want to evolve in this new cycling discipline”, adds David Pacheco, one of the athletes in the team. The team will be competing and training with an Elite-pain cave that includes the new Direto XR home trainer, Custom Race Plus bottle cages, Fly water bottles and the Elite Training Mat.

The riders will also help Elite to test newer versions of trainer firmware and further product development.

The team recently secured their podium in the Zwift Racing League last December, but their goal for 2021 is to win their division to open up the gates of the Zwift Premier League. “Elite boasts years of partnerships with many cyclists and teams worldwide at all levels”, says Marco Cavallin, Elite’s Sponsorship Manager. “But this is the first time we’re an official sponsor of an eRacing team, and we’re so excited for this. Cycling is gradually building its road to the future, and eSports are part of it. We can’t wait to watch the team’s efforts on Zwift”.

Follow the team on Instagram to stay tuned on all their upcoming races and events.
